My wife (Sara) and I returned to Raleigh in 2011, in my case after a career of teaching and research (soil and environmental science) in Florida, Michigan, 32 years at Texas A&M University and sites international, and in my wife's case after a career in social work and advocacy for the low income elderly. We love Raleigh (our friends, the ambience, the trees, the trails, the restaurants, the arts, its diversity) and are glad to be home. Raleigh has grown well.
